What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email), the network and contact data you choose to bring into Conextly, notes and messages you create, and basic product usage data that helps us keep the service working.
How we use it
To run the product: organizing your contacts, surfacing relevant signals, and drafting messages you review. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your contacts with other users.
AI processing
Drafts are generated using AI models operating on the context you have in Conextly. Your data is not used to train third-party foundation models.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the systems and people needed to operate the service.
Your control
You can export your contacts, notes and history at any time, and deleting your account removes your data from our production systems.
Third parties
We use infrastructure, email and analytics providers to run Conextly. They process data on our instructions only.
